This beadblogger group is getting larger and cooler! I am enjoying checking out the posts for each of our members, as one by one they chime in. Soon we will have a full force terrific and fabulous collection of links for you to check out regularly. Someone is always doing something fun!


However, I would like to mention something really nice, first, which involves the Art Bead Scene. They interviewed ME! And they asked really interesting questions. I had to think hard and carefully to say exactly what I wanted to say, and when the interview was done, I was really happy with it. Thank you, Art bead Scene, for considering me worth interviewing! Today for the group I am showing one of my signature Party Dress Bracelets; one which has never been displayed on my website. When two of these were published in Belle Armoire's Salon, I explained that the name "Party Dress" came from my strong feeling that life itself! is a party, and you don't need an excuse to get dressed up and have fun and LIVE it!
This bracelet, with stunning polymer beads by Emma Ralph http://www.ejrbeads.co.uk/ are a shimmering study in teals, so I played that up by emphasizing them with paveed sterling balls, Clear Swarovski crystals, Emerald AB bicones, rondelles with both green and clear crystals, lovely pale green freshwater pearls, dark green pearls, a green-blue Swarovski color round I cannot recall the name of, and a Venetian heart right near the toggle clasp, which is sterling inlaid with apatite.
I made some earrings to match: wired Swarovski Emerald AB and Blue Zircon AB2X bicones with tiny sterling rounds on fan shaped sterling components. I love this set. Thanks for looking!

Yikes! Over at Bead Arts : It wasn't easy to make "Queasy"! Cyndi shares some of the design dilemmas she encountered in entering the Ugly Necklace contest. You should check that out and I am voting for Cyndi! Wow!

At Jewelry and Beading :With summer here, the heat is on, but Tammy at Jewelry and Beading is already thinking of the holidays and offers a Goofy Reindeer ornament project. It's adorable!
