Anyone for "clean" almonds? Wow! I have never hear a food described as clean. Jim is one of a kind. Read on
Yay. Favorite book, don't even think about the number of pages if you love the book. HOWEVER, IF THE BOOK IS AWFUL, AND OH NO! YOU GET IT FOR FREE... I CAN'T GO ON!!
I have had an inordinately busy day. Just to give you an idea, I started writing this eight and a half hours ago!!! WHA HOO WHERE DOES THE TIME GO!
I must review for Amazon some almonds they sent me, and yes, I even took photos from various appetizing angles to put up as a customer image. How do I feel about these almonds? Well, now! I can say this in all honesty! Really glad that I got this opportunity to receive them! --From the Amazon Vine program. I regularly receive lots of things of all sorts: DVDs, CDs, diffuser sticks (I liked those and promptly lost some of them in the vortex--darn), "green-type" cleaner spray, Sony Playstation gear, computer graphics systems, ladie's razors, mascara, other sorts of makeup (yes, they figured out I like makeup!) but the books they offer me I rarely choose unless they are children's books. Those I admittedly like to review. You might notice something. A good children's book for, say, a three year old, well, one salient characteristic is that it is SHORT. One thing that is a really great aspect to this program: They now tailor it to me specifically. That is why I GET electronic stuff (cool!), some food (Jim said--"These are the cleanest tasting almonds I have ever eaten"!) the makeup, and the music. As soon as I finish up here, I will be doing my "Emerald Marcona Almond" review.
Waiting for my girl is exhausting me. Thank heavens I named her. Sherry Darling is a Jersey Girl in honor of the Boss. oooo oooo oooo! I almost broke down and named her Sharpei because I love the movie High School Musical, but there must be a few Blythe Sharpeis and this is the one
Sherry Darling. Have a few almonds, sit back and listen to Bruce Springsteen sing about S.D. Hit the you tube thing above.
back tomorrow with a cool photos of something I received in the mail, so great! and today showing you the actual almonds and some earrings which I sent right away to Kim Miles (she likes earrings!). I had designed them for BeadStyle, the July 2008 issue.
here are the lyrics to Sherry Darling--then I am signing off!
Your Mama's yappin' in the back seat
Tell her to push over and move them big feet
Every Monday morning I gotta drive her down to the unemployment agency
Well this morning I ain't fighting tell her I give up
Tell her she wins if she'll just shut up
But it's the last time that she's gonna be riding with me
You can tell her there's a hot sun beating on the black top
She keeps talkin' she'll be walkin' that last block
She can take a subway back to the ghetto tonight
Well I got some beer and the highway's free
And I got you, and baby you've got me
Hey, hey, hey what you say Sherry Darlin'
Now there's girls melting on the beach
And they're so fine but so out of reach
Cause I'm stuck in traffic down, here on 53rd Street
Now Sherry my love for you is real
But I didn't count on this package deal
And baby this car just ain't big enough for her and me
So you can tell her there's a hot sun beating on the black top
She keeps talkin' she'll be walkin' that last block
She can take a subway back to the ghetto tonight
Well I got some beer and the highway's free
And I got you, and baby you got me
Hey, hey, hey what you say Sherry Darlin'
Well let there be sunlight, let there be rain
Let the brokenhearted love again
Sherry we can run with our arms open before the tide
To all the girls down at Sacred Heart
And all you operators back in the Park
Say hey, hey, hey what you say Sherry Darlin'
Hey, hey, hey what you say Sherry Darlin'
That song? Is a classic.--jean

I LOVE BRUCE
(for a minute i thought her name was gonna be Rosalita... which i think wouldve been okay too :-) and for me, better than Sharpei which, i gotta say, is also a breed of dog... i'm just sayin)
cute earrings.
i dont know about almonds other than they're tasty (i think the ones i've eatten have all been clean too)
Tracy-- I actually thought of Rosalita. I liked Sharpei ( and I was wrong--the goof on it and her name is really spelled Sharpay--even better!) only becaue the character cracks me up in the movie. Go to youtube.com and copy/paste in this:

you will see her trying out with her "brother" (not in real life, just in the movie) whom she pushes around theough the whole movie. The expect to win the leads in the musical. I love when they are onscreen. Ashley Tisdale is one of my fvorite Disney actresses. She has it all! Including a new nose job, from what I hear!
I liked her old nose plenty good enough, actually. However...maybe it was holding her back from being the lead in some of the Disney movies! Being second banana all the time must be a drag! I could go on but why? hahah jean xox
tracy: when you go to youtube.com, type THIS in: watch?v=yQUJeP4Kyqc&feature=related
let me know if that works, if you go!
sorry for the mistake and the typos!
Fun, gave me a little blogging Virginia Woolf style!
Tammy ahaha!!! now ...if only I could get a room of my OWN!
