Cousin Corporation of America, a great website for jewelry designers with the capability to purchase wholesale
Note from jean: This website's catalog is beautiful! I received it last week. I know that all of us do not have wholesale numbers, but if you do, it is worth your while to check out Cousin Corporation of America.
Here is an email I received from them today.
"Subject: Leading Jewelry Making Wholesaler Launches Premier Website Fusing Product and Community
It's official!
Largo, FL (December 27, 2011) – Cousin Corporation of America announces it has launched its newly redesigned website. After seeing a lack of online communities where jewelry makers can interact, Cousin created a “home” for the close-knit jewelry making community to search for new products, share finished designs and receive support from fellow jewelry makers. Cousin, a 41 year-old family-owned jewelry making supply company, rebuilt and reformatted their entire site. The goal is to fulfill those needs complete with an online wholesale catalog, educational videos, inspirational projects and an interactive blog. http://www.cousin.com/Blog.aspx
Soon, both new and existing wholesale customers will be able to place orders online.
Jeff Cousin, President, commented, “I think everyone will find our website a pleasure to visit and easy to navigate. Safety is very important to our customers and to Cousin, so the website is built on an industry leading e-commerce program ensuring that our customers’ information is kept safe.”
Cousin’s goal is to make it easy for their customers to find valuable product information, read the latest updates and find design inspiration without ever leaving the website.
Jennifer Cook, Marketing Coordinator, added, “We have a very loyal following, so we want to create more than just a new website. We want to be a home for both jewelry makers and wholesale customers and offer fun two-way communication with blog and Twitter updates, Facebook posts, videos and inspirational projects.”
The 2012 Cousin catalog is available now to wholesale customers online and in print upon request. To view the latest products from Cousin, please visit www.cousin.com. That sounds like quite a company. Coincidentally, we were visiting Indian Rocks Beach last december which is adjacent to Largo. We visited a lot of thrift stores there.
I love the fact that you travel. I miss that, these days.
However, I was really fortunate to be able to go all over the place as a kid and a young adult, and I remain fortunate to have a clear memory of everything!Your blog gives me a lot of enjoyment in many ways! Thank you, Anthony!
Hi Jean! First off let us thank you for your kind words :-) Everyone here at Cousin has put a lot of work into our new website and we are SO glad to hear that you enjoyed it as much as you did. On a side note too, for all of your friends without wholesaler numbers, we have a sister company Prima Bead that runs a retail website with a TON of our Cousin products www.primabead.com. Thanks again
