I am so excited to be one of the first to let you in on the news that my dear friend Naomi, one of the all time greats in the area of jewelry design, who possesses the most remarkable eye for color and displays a consistent edgy creativity , has opened an Etsy store! I think you should see who she is, if you don't already know her -- most people do know her however! Of course!

"I'm a senior editor at Bead Style magazine and the author of Cool Jewels, a book of beginner beading projects. I really love simple, clean designs. (Except in charm bracelets — then it's the more, the better!) Vintage Lucite and Swarovski crystals are some of my favorite materials to work with. And gemstones — turquoise, tanzanite, lemon citrine, chrysoprase, pink tourmaline, pearls — who could live without those? Especially when strung with chunky chain! I also love tennis. My tri-level team is going to Nationals in March, so I'm trying to get to Indian Wells one bead at a time. Thus my "Necklaces for Nationals" project!
