A-Z Blogging Challenge: H is for High

OK, so this is the alphabet letter where you learn how sentimental I am.  This film was made in 1982.
An Officer and a Gentleman.
It stars Richard Gere and Deborah Winger. The music was incomparable. They really nailed it.
I have always had a deep love for all things Joe Cocker. He sings a duet for the theme song of this great, romantic movie, which has a line in it which goes as follows:
"Love lift us up where we belong,
where to eagles fly.
on the mountains High..."

So today my alphabet a-z blogging letter is H for High.

Richard Gere is a far better actor than he is often credited for, and he was fantastic in this movie, as is the whole cast.
I love this movie.

I have actually never watched this movie, much to my embarrassment. Stopping by from the challenge. Have fun!

Love Officer and a Gentleman. Still a Richard Gere fan. (And Deborah Winger, too.)

(Oh my dear jean, you gotta nuke the Word verify, bet you'd get lots more comments if you did.)
